Order Processing Time
We know you are excited to start your next creative project! All orders for craft materials, tools, and accessories are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several options to ensure your supplies arrive when you need them:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days.
- Wholesale Orders: Custom freight quotes may apply depending on the volume of the craft supplies.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this to check the delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.
Damages and Issues
We pack all our paper cardstock, die-cutting tools, and mixed media items with the utmost care to prevent bending or damage. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
Email us at support@craftscreations.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis and will work quickly to find a satisfactory solution.
